Today has been good.
Really really good.
I haven't had a meaningful eating sort of day in so long, I'd almost forgotten they existed.
Today I drank water and ate just enough, not too much and only when I was hungry. I'm going to work at keeping on this trend.
I actually didn't make it to the gym this morning because I didn't sleep well last night. But I'm really going to try for tomorrow morning. And since our DVD player is back working, I have plans to do the shred and a pilates dvd tonight. Be well, everyone!
