The time a dog bit my nose.

Good news! My darling, Julieta, is back from visiting relatives in Spain.
She says she found me a Spain-ish boy who likes his girls "morena." Oooh la la.

In other news, I really need to get back in the workout groove. Since I have some free passes for my gym, I invited Julieta, and our friend, Melisa, to my gym later today. It's especially great because all three of us haven't gotten together in too long. Two birds with one stone, yo!

One of the last times we hung out was in September--and there was racist little dog*, candy, and lots of talk of men who disappoint.
Good times!
I will share how our gym date goes.

Just a few blogging announcements, you don't mind do you?

I'm thinking that I'll dedicate Sundays to weigh-ins, weekly goals, and link love.
And Wednesdays will be "Workbook Wednesday" (or perhaps hopefully a less lame name). I want to get back to my workbook. In the past, it really helped to put my eating in perspective. Some weeks ago, I was in Strand when my eyes leveled on this workbook. I think it was, like, divine. So now I have two workbooks!

I added a disclaimer and a faqs page a while back, but never mentioned that I did.
Oh, and please fan me on facebook, huh?

I love that I have such fun writing this blog. Yes, it's a healthy living blog, yes weight-loss is a big part of it, but I also just want to journal my life. I want to thank everyone who left me such encouraging comments on yesterday's post. It was hard for me to write all those words and confess that I'd gained all the weight back. I thank God for all of you. I really appreciate your friendships.

* Julieta was pet sitting the little booger and when I was cooing at him he bit my nose and she was like, "Yeah. Sorry. I don't think he's use to black people".

Aren't dogs - and people -
supposed to be color blind?
Maybe he smelled papaya or mango juice,
or something like that,
and got hungry!
